Christopher Donald Buchanan, a 10-year-old boy from Naola, Virginia, tragically lost his life on September 15, 1987. His death was part of a horrific family massacre that shocked the small mountain community. Christopher, along with his father, Douglas Buchanan Sr., his stepmother, Geraldine Buchanan, and his brother, Joel Jerry Buchanan, were brutally murdered in their home.
