Kathy Wiseman, aged 33, and her husband, James "J.B." Baxter Wiseman II, were tragically killed on November 10, 1990, in their home located in the Piankatank Shores subdivision of Hartfield, Virginia. The couple was found dead from close-range shotgun blasts, marking Middlesex County's first murder case since 1987.
