Walter Stanley Cole, aged 56, tragically lost his life on July 3, 2002, in Halifax County, Virginia. His death was part of a triple homicide that also claimed the lives of his brother, Thomas Wesley Cole, aged 64, and Thomas's wife, Patsy Ayers Cole, also aged 64. The perpetrator of this heinous crime was James Bryant Hudson, a neighbor and distant relative of the Cole family.
