Dave Henry Bailey Jr., aged 35, passed away on January 13, 2011, in Newport News, Virginia. Born on January 8, 1976, in Newport News, Bailey was known for his warm smile and great sense of humor. He attended Kecoughtan High School in Hampton, VA, and was a former employee of Lumber Liquidators.
