Deandre Jamar Thomas, a 17-year-old from Isle of Wight, Virginia, tragically lost his life on January 28, 2013. Deandre was shot inside a home located at 5448 Old Stage Highway, just outside Smithfield. The incident occurred around 4 p.m., and despite efforts to save him, Deandre succumbed to his injuries later that day.
