Kevin Winston Brooks, a 46-year-old resident of Virginia Beach, Virginia, tragically passed away on May 1, 2013, in Sussex County. Kevin, affectionately known as "KB," was involved in a fatal hunting accident. On that fateful day, Kevin was hunting with his 70-year-old friend, Raymond Weidner, in the woods near Waverly, Sussex County. The two men were stalking a turkey when they became separated.
