Terrell James West, a 23-year-old resident of Henrico County, Virginia, tragically lost his life on July 14, 2013. On that fateful day, Henrico Police responded to a reported shooting at the 4900 block of Wood Thrush Circle. Upon arrival, officers found Terrell West lying on the ground in a hallway of a second-level stairwell, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite being transported to the hospital, Terrell succumbed to his injuries later that evening.
