Jimmy Bernard Tinsley, a 36-year-old resident of Martinsville, Virginia, tragically lost his life in a shooting incident on August 3, 2013. The incident occurred early in the morning at the parking lot of the Econo Lodge located at 1755 Virginia Avenue in Martinsville.
