In the summer of 2014, a quiet street in Norfolk, Virginia, was disrupted by a tragedy that left a community in shock. On July 14th, police responded to a call from a concerned citizen, leading them to a home on Portview Avenue. Inside, they made a grim discovery: the bodies of 30-year-old Jamie Pulley, a female, and 35-year-old Najib Wallace. Both had been fatally shot in what was immediately classified as a double homicide.
