Jacques Duvual Fauntleroy, a 35-year-old resident of Atlantic, Virginia, was found dead in his home on September 19, 2014. The cause of death was determined to be gunshot wounds. The incident occurred after an argument between Fauntleroy and his neighbor, Marcus Mitchell Davis, escalated.
