Emily M. Spence, a 29-year-old woman from Portsmouth, Virginia, tragically lost her life on April 13, 2015. According to the Medical Examiner's report, she was shot in the head while at her next-door neighbor's house on Holladay Street. The incident occurred around 2:15 p.m., and when police arrived, they found Spence suffering from a gunshot wound to the upper part of her body.
