Andre Dequan Webb, affectionately known as "Quanie," was a 24-year-old resident of Roanoke, Virginia. He passed away on May 17, 2015. Born on February 26, 1991, to Lisa Webb and Andre Hairston, Andre was a family man and a stay-at-home dad who enjoyed the country life, fishing, cooking, and spending time with his pit bulls. He was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan and was known for his big heart and willingness to help those in need.
