Cedric Wade Carter, a 28-year-old resident of Danville, Virginia, passed away unexpectedly on June 13, 2015. Born on October 15, 1986, to Jacqueline Williams and Wade Harris, Cedric was a beloved member of his community. He graduated from George Washington High School and was baptized at the age of 10 at Blessed Hope Baptist Church.
