Zachary Blaise Meter, a 20-year-old resident of Woodbridge, Virginia, was tragically shot to death on November 11, 2015. The incident occurred in the parking lot of a townhome community located in the 14400 block of Village Drive. According to reports, Meter was found suffering from a gunshot wound to his upper body and was pronounced dead at the scene. A female acquaintance was present during the incident but was not injured. Authorities do not believe the shooting was random.
