Peter Girvan, a 22-year-old resident of Williamsburg, Virginia, tragically lost his life on the night of December 28, 2015. According to reports from the York-Poquoson Sheriff’s Office, Girvan was fatally shot around 10 p.m. in the 1100 block of Wilkins Drive, located in the York Terrace neighborhood. The neighborhood is situated north of Route 199 and east of Merrimac Trail in the upper part of York County.
