In the quiet suburbs of Williamsburg, Virginia, the life of 32-year-old Giancarlo di Fazio was abruptly ended in a violent encounter within his own home on Burgundy Road. On the afternoon of September 25, 2016, his wife, Lynn Fogarty, also 32 at the time, placed a call to the York-Poquoson Sheriff's Office, stating she had shot her husband.
