In the quiet neighborhood of Carver's Gardens in Williamsburg, Virginia, the life of 15-year-old Jordan Miller was tragically cut short on the night of December 13, 2020. The Black male teenager was visiting a friend on Drew Road when violence shattered the evening's peace. At approximately 10:41 p.m., deputies from the York-Poquoson Sheriff's Office were dispatched to the scene following reports of a shooting.
