Quinton Antonio Kelly, a 30-year-old resident of Newport News, Virginia, tragically lost his life on January 14, 2016. On that day, Newport News police received a call about an accident involving a van that had collided with a parked vehicle near 14th Street and Wickham Avenue. As officers were en route, the call was upgraded to a shooting. Upon arrival, they discovered two men in a silver van who had been shot. Both men, including Quinton Antonio Kelly, were pronounced dead at the scene.
