Timothy Mark Duncan, a 32-year-old resident of Roanoke, Virginia, tragically lost his life on April 14, 2017. According to reports, Duncan was found lying in the street with multiple gunshot wounds at the Jamestown Apartment Complex on Queen Ann Drive, SE. Emergency responders transported him to Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital, where he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
