In the early morning hours of September 10, 2017, the life of 26-year-old Cynthia K. Williams was tragically cut short in a violent encounter within a Richmond, Virginia apartment. Responding to reports of gunfire in the Gilpin Court neighborhood, police discovered a grim scene. Inside the residence on St. Paul Street, Williams and two others, 50-year-old Aaron Robinson and 26-year-old Jenelle Smith, were found deceased from gunshot wounds.
