Rashard Jessup, a 24-year-old resident of Roanoke, Virginia, tragically lost his life on August 16, 2018. Jessup was shot in northwest Roanoke and was subsequently taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The incident led to a significant investigation and legal proceedings.
