Trevon Dominique Skinner, a 23-year-old resident of Norfolk, Virginia, tragically lost his life in a shooting incident on September 4, 2018, in Chesapeake, Virginia. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 1:20 a.m., in the 3000 block of Parkside Drive. Chesapeake police responded to reports of gunshots and upon arrival, found Trevon Skinner with multiple gunshot wounds. Despite the efforts of first responders, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
