In the early hours of September 4, 2018, the life of 23-year-old Trevon Dominique Skinner was tragically cut short. A resident of Norfolk, Virginia, Skinner was found with multiple gunshot wounds at the Forest Cove Apartments on Parkside Drive in Chesapeake. The Chesapeake Police Department received a call about the shooting shortly before 1:30 a.m. Upon their arrival, officers discovered Skinner, and medics pronounced him dead at the scene.
