Patrick Greggor, a 29-year-old resident of Pembroke, Giles County, Virginia, was found dead on September 19, 2018, one day after he was reported missing. According to the Giles County Sheriff's Office, Greggor's death was the result of an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound.
