On December 15, 2017, Kenneth Williams, 31, was fatally shot in a double shooting incident in San Diego’s City Heights neighborhood. Around 7:25 p.m., police responded to reports of gunfire in the 4100 block of Central Avenue. When they arrived, they found Williams and another male victim suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite efforts to save him, Williams was pronounced dead at the scene, while the second victim survived after being taken to a hospital.
