Diamond Moore, a 20-year-old resident of Alexandria, Virginia, tragically lost her life on December 7, 2018. The incident occurred near an Alexandria park on the 5500 block of Holmes Run Parkway. Alexandria City police responded to the scene around 10 a.m. and found Moore with a gunshot wound in the upper body. Despite being rushed to the hospital, she succumbed to her injuries shortly after.
