In the quiet city of Danville, Virginia, a life was cut tragically short on a Sunday afternoon. It was March 10, 2019, when 17-year-old Hakeem Norfside Keem King, a male, found himself the target of a sudden and brutal act of violence. He was standing on Arnett Boulevard when a car approached, carrying several individuals. Without warning, a barrage of 10 to 15 shots was fired from the vehicle, striking the teenager.
