Jeffrey B. Evans, a 72-year-old resident of Bluemont, Virginia, passed away on March 17, 2019. His death was the result of a tragic incident that has since been classified as a homicide. Evans was found dead in his pickup truck after it crashed off the side of Virginia Route 7 in Clarke County.
