In a quiet neighborhood in Danville, Virginia, the afternoon of Friday, May 24, 2019, was shattered by an act of violence that claimed the life of 25-year-old Caleb Henry Morris. A call to 911 shortly before 1:00 p.m. reported a shooting at a residence in the 1000 block of Lanier Avenue. When police and first responders arrived, they found Mr. Morris inside the house with a gunshot wound.
