Tamian Davis, a 23-year-old from Norfolk, VA, tragically lost his life on July 25, 2019. According to reports, Davis was involved in a shooting incident that occurred around 7:50 p.m. on North Military Highway. When police arrived at the scene, they found Davis and another victim, Markee Turner, inside a parked car, both suffering from gunshot wounds.
