Hakim Browder, a 21-year-old resident of Petersburg, Virginia, tragically lost his life on October 18, 2019. On that fateful evening, at approximately 5:51 p.m., police officers were dispatched to the 1400 block of Oakdale Avenue following reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, they found Browder suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound. Despite being rushed to Southside Regional Medical Center, he succumbed to his injuries.
