Dashay Monique Whack, a 21-year-old woman from Norfolk, Virginia, tragically lost her life on November 14, 2019, in Chesapeake, Virginia. Dashay was shot in the 1700 block of Acorn Street around 11:50 p.m. on that fateful night. She was immediately taken to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries, but despite medical efforts, she succumbed to her injuries the following day.
