In the late hours of a November evening in Chesapeake, Virginia, the life of 21-year-old Dashay Monique Whack was tragically cut short. On November 14, 2019, officers responded to a call about an injured person in the 1700 block of Acorn Street in the West Munden area of the city. There they found Whack suffering from gunshot wounds. Medics rushed her to a local hospital, but her injuries proved to be fatal, and the young woman from Norfolk passed away.
