In December of 2021, the city of Chesapeake, Virginia, was unsettled by the discovery of a local woman's body. Forty-four-year-old Pamela Schwartz, a Caucasian female, was found deceased behind a garage on Bethel Road on the afternoon of December 17th. The Chesapeake Police Department responded to a call and upon their arrival, identified the victim. An investigation was immediately launched into her death.
