William Joseph Spillane, known as Joey, tragically lost his life on November 27, 2019, in Petersburg, Virginia. Joey was just 27 years old at the time of his death. On that fateful night, he was stopped at a red light near the intersection of University Boulevard and High Street when he was shot multiple times.
