Jarrell Najee McElroy, a 27-year-old resident of South Chesterfield, VA, tragically lost his life on October 18, 2020. He was found with gunshot wounds at Puddledock Place Apartments in Prince George County, VA. Despite being rushed to the Tri-Cities Emergency Room, he succumbed to his injuries.
