Death by Force

Rico Turner, a 27-year-old man from Bedford, Virginia, was tragically shot and killed on November 9, 2020, in the parking lot of Lakeside Plaza in Salem, Virginia. The incident occurred in the presence of his fiancée and three children. The suspect, Zane Chandler Christian, was identified as the estranged husband of Turner's fiancée. Christian was apprehended the following day in Jackson County, West Virginia, after a manhunt involving multiple law enforcement agencies.
