Sammi Jo Burkhart, a 37-year-old resident of Chesapeake, Virginia, tragically passed away on February 3, 2021. She was found shot in the 1600 block of Chesapeake Avenue and later succumbed to her injuries at the hospital. Sammi Jo was remembered fondly by her family and friends for her vibrant personality and love for the beach.
