Ontavious Vadelle Mapp, a 28-year-old resident of Daugherty, Virginia, tragically lost his life on June 4, 2021, in what authorities initially reported as an accidental shooting. The incident occurred early in the morning around 6:12 a.m. in the 28000 block of Withams Road in Accomack County.
