Maurice Lamont Fiddermon, a 43-year-old resident of Temperanceville, Virginia, was found deceased on December 6, 2021, in a field behind a residence in the 9200 block of Lankford Highway in Oak Hall, Virginia. The Accomack County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a body at approximately 7:58 a.m. Upon arrival, deputies discovered Fiddermon unresponsive and suffering from apparent gunshot wounds.
