On the evening of Saturday, November 13, 2021, officers from the Petersburg Bureau of Police were called to the 300 block of Mistletoe Street. Upon arrival, they discovered a man suffering from at least one gunshot wound. The man, identified as 47-year-old Corbett Beverly, a Black male, was pronounced dead at the scene.
