Makiba Anyana Hall, a 47-year-old resident of Chesterfield, Virginia, tragically lost her life on December 14, 2021. Makiba, also known as "Keebie," was a U.S. Army veteran who served during the Persian Gulf War and was honored with several commendations, including the Army Commendation Medal and the Army Achievement Medal.
