On a summer evening in Chesterfield, Virginia, the life of 64-year-old Barbara Seamster Hogue, a female, came to a tragic and unexpected end. On July 6, 2013, police were called to a residence on Lark Hill Lane in the quiet Bon Air neighborhood after reports of gunshots. When they arrived, they discovered Barbara outside the home, suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite the efforts of emergency personnel, she succumbed to her injuries at the scene.
