On a tragic Sunday afternoon in Woodbridge, Virginia, the lives of two young men were cut short in a burst of violence. Twenty-three-year-old Malik Xavier Lamar David, a Black male known for his infectious smile and love for basketball, was found deceased on May 15, 2022.
