In the summer of 2022, the life of 23-year-old Monta’ T’avionne Gray was cut short in Emporia, Virginia. On the evening of Monday, June 27th, Gray was tragically killed by gunfire. The incident prompted an investigation by the Greensville County Sheriff's Office, who treated the case as a homicide.
