On a summer day in Shenandoah, Virginia, a violent encounter tragically cut short the life of Jay Scott Campbell, a 53-year-old male resident. On July 21, 2022, Campbell was found deceased in his pick-up truck near a home on Buzzard View Place, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
