Jay Scott Campbell, aged 53, tragically passed away on July 21, 2022, in Shenandoah, Virginia. Born on February 4, 1969, in Alexandria, he was the son of the late Mary D. Strawdermann Campbell and Preston Jenkins. Jay was married to Lisa Short Campbell, who survives him, along with his children and grandchildren. His death was a significant loss to his family and the Shenandoah community.
