In the early morning hours of September 30, 2022, a motorist driving in a Chesterfield County neighborhood near Richmond, Virginia, made a grim discovery. Lying in the roadway of the 5000 block of Vayo Avenue was the body of 36-year-old David Christopher Rosado.
