In a quiet Woodbridge, Virginia neighborhood, the lives of four people were tragically cut short in a senseless act of violence. Among them was Kelly Baltazar, a 42-year-old woman remembered by her family as a kind, loving, and giving person. On October 17, 2022, Kelly, along with her husband Miguel Duran Flores, 44, a tenant named Richard Julio Jesus Revollar Corrales, 36, and another woman, Karrie Sotelo, 19, were found deceased inside their home on Mansfield Court.
