Randall L. Stiltner, a 22-year-old resident of Bristol, Tennessee, tragically lost his life on November 15, 2022, following a shooting incident in Bristol, Virginia. The Bristol Virginia Police Department responded to a reported shooting on Inez Avenue around 12:30 p.m. Upon arrival, officers found Stiltner suffering from a gunshot wound. He was immediately transported to Bristol Regional Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries.
