On a tragic summer day in 1977, a young man's life was cut short in a senseless act of violence that shook the small town of Hackettstown, New Jersey. Stephen Werner, a 20-year-old male, was one of six people killed on August 26th in a shooting spree along the railroad tracks that cut through the community.
