Dalon Russell, 32, was fatally shot on July 20, 2008, in Chicago while sitting in his car near Garfield Park. Another vehicle approached Russell's car, and occupants opened fire, hitting him multiple times. Despite efforts to save him, Russell succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
