In the early morning hours of February 15, 2015, the life of 25-year-old Taquan Tay McNeil, a Black male, was tragically cut short on a street in Trenton, New Jersey. At approximately 2:20 a.m., police responded to reports of a shooting on Boudinot Street. Upon arrival, they discovered McNeil lying on the sidewalk, having sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
